    A lot of the terminals have I been to lately seem to be thinning the heard. And it seems to be all the good ones that are headed for greener pastures.

    Just a note: if you have a good DM that you like and has been running you well that leaves Knight...it's a a good 'sign' that you will soon feel the need to move on.... a good DM is a rarety, and the odds are that you will get a 22 yo 'wonder' to replace him/her who will follow all co. policies and treat you like any other grunt (not knowing your previous good driver history!)

    Actually, the one I am losing is a 22 yo wonder. Getting one who is more "mature" shall we say. Haven't met him yet, so i can't say how "mature". Just from a little dealing with him over the phone though, so far, so good. Only time will tell. Truth be told, I am beginning to tire of this OTR stuff. I am seriously starting to consider working local and dealing with driving a route every day. Just have concerns about the money though. I am going to try to get through the winter and see what happens come spring. Of course, the job market in Michigan still sucks.
