Warren Ohio Residents Protest the new Pilot

How true that is..They were supposed to build a stop on 146 off the Mass Pike in Uxbridge..That never came about either. residents complained that the stop would produce to much noise from the trucks..
Knew i shouldn't have hit the jakes coming off the ramp at 3am...

 

The same can be said about truckers when it comes to many issues.

 

Well lets hear your infinite wisdom on those issues..im sure visionlogistics , myself and others are curious to hear your thoughts here. Being that your probably not a trucker this should be good..

 

I am opposed to building a Pee lot ANYWHERE!!! At least they could build a truck stop that people could actually park in! Down with Pee lot!

 

That reminds me, I was at the Kannapolis, NC pilot a few days ago, I took the second to last space at about 3pm, about half an hour after I parked I heard two flatbedders arguing saying they were both there first for the last space. 1 washer two dryers, couldn't be more than 5 showers, why on earth build the thing so small.

 

That's big compared to the Pilot in Wilmington, OH. I think you can fit 5 trucks in there on a good day.

 

I never fight over parking. You might win the argument, but wake up to 18 flat tires.
(Same goes with malls & 4 wheelers. Why be a #######? They know where you left your car!)

 

I know when they built one in the town close to us, the local residents petitioned to limit the the number of spots and the amount of time they are allowed to park there. In other words, no over night parking was pushed for.

 

I've been in a couple that had no overnight parking.
