No, I'm at the J...LOL. I think he called a cab to get to the bus station. He had the J's address written down on the notepad he left behind. TC said he called her after he was on the bus.

My wife says my students are "self-sorting"...LOL. The other one I didn't think would make it bailed while he was waiting to upgrade at Springfield. He didn't talk to anyone. He just disappeared.

I do hope this guy realized OTR is not for him. I really wouldn't want to be sharing the road with him. I think he got a little freaked out after watching the winter driving video.

 

This is classic. I got 3 drive tires replaced today. Then I hooked up to a trailer with a flat tire. I got that replaced and now I'm on the side of the road with a blown drive tire and torn mud flap. I got almost 50 miles out of that tire. And...once I get the tire replaced (again) I get to back-track 50 miles because the tread took out the wiring on the trailer that goes to the lift gate. It's just one of those days.

 

Man that sucks... Hope it gets better for you once you get it all fixed.

 

3 hours later I'm rolling again. The tire guy hooked me up. With the tire out of the way we could reach the wires so we stripped, twisted and taped them. That saved me about 3 more hours of back-tracking and sitting at the shop. It was the same guy that put that same tire on my truck earlier today!

 

Hey guys..911...a friend of mine who also works for USX,otr....is really really being mistreated and lied too BIG TYM....I MEAN BLACK MAILED ALSO...NEED A ## THATCAN GO OVER HIS DISPATCHERS HEAD QUIKLY..THE ONE IN THE BOOK IS A JOKE...MY FRIEND IS A NEW TRUCKER...AND IS BEING REALLLY TREATED VERY BADD...WE ALL KNOW #### HAPPENS...BUT NOT THIS NOT THIS..NEED A NUMBER.ASAP...THANKS....

 

have him post on the company facebook page...... he should get a call within a hour

If he's doing his job correctly and someone is trying to hold something over his head, he should call the main number and go straight to the Safety department. They'll put a stop to that real fast.
