Owner operators have long been part of our successful history, at one time making up over half of our fleet. We still love to partner with you small business owners, offering up to $0.95 cpm plus fuel stabilization, paid licensing, paid base plates, paid cargo insurance, and more. can I get some feedback on this, is there some concern I should be aware of??

The main thing is money, unfortunately .95cpm doesnt get us very fair anymore. I would rather pay my own fuel taxes, which amounts too $20-$50 a month and my own plates to earn more money. Those small expenses are nothing when the money is right. Me personally, I wont turn my key for less than 1.65 per mile base rate. We are in this too make money, not break even.

Let me ask you a question...Would you drive for .95 cmp. I seriously doubt it... I always wanted to know where companies come up with the starting pay 0.90-.095. Can you please explain where did you get that number from.
