Picked up Chocolate in PA to GA, now waitin' on Beer load to TX, trailer had ABS light on, told OK to roll??? thought that was a flag to the county Mounties to "probe" me!. well made it to shop and got ABS sensor replaced...I do not understand why Driver(s) do not report an ABS when they do their Macro 55???(in case your wondering where Macro 55 is it is BETWEEN 54 & 56):biggrin_25523:and leave it to the driver picking up a load? not the 1st issue I have had with a trailer being in need of service on pick up, I believe PRIME is short on trailers currently, this don't help

Rawlins at the TA. Gettin' mighty sporty up here today. NWS calling for 55 to 65mph gusts - most of the weather sites show it calming down some as the afternoon wears on. Some guy in a red Volvo passed me a couple of times... last time I passed him while he was walking back to the truck with his right wing - got blowed off. I think I'll hang out a bit and see how it all works out.

Salt Lake at the yard... finally. Wind got better west of Rawlins after awhile, and everything's good until Evanston... driving snow, near white out for about 2 miles, then driving rain/snow mix. Finally just wet roads until Parleys. They were having trucks chain-up at the summit to go on the downhill side into Salt Lake - until they created a 5-mile backup. Then the mo-rons decided, HEY! Let's get out the snowplows!

    :confused4:

Imagine that! Get the salt shakers out of the barn, on a stormy night!! Who'd a thunk of that??!!!
