PROPER use of directional lights

Well, if you look at most of them, they've got a cell phone STUCK in their left ear, so there's no way for them to take that left hand and signal.

 

Yep! They dont know what a bluetooth is or they are to cheap to buy one.

 

I promise you get at least 4 flashes before I start the lane change.... I also signal at the exit sign I intend to get off at for 1 or 2 flashes IE: "Frontage rd, 1 mile". I like give advanced warning.

That said, if I signal and you speed up to block.......

 

Yup, I see that a lot. Their tire smoke tells me that they finally got the message and got off the accelerator after I start moving over.

I'm guilty at times. Sometimes I don't want to have to deal with the jackwagon that hits the accelerator to block me from coming over when he sees the turn signal come on. So I activate it just after I've crossed the zipper.

 

Great post. I am not a mind reader: if you want over, use your signal, and I'll back out of it every time. No signal and I speed up just to pin you in. What really makes me mad is that THE SAME DRIVER who won't use his blinkers WILL NOT let you over when you kindly use yours! #######es!

I'm beginning to see more vindictive intentional lane changing without signaling.
