Anyone using this? Work with a couple of agents now and then the check calls drive me crazy. Neither of these agents utilize it, one is going to speak with somebody in the know about getting me set to go on it. Looks really cool for load alerts and posting the truck but I am more interested in eliminating redundant multiple phone calls per load. When I open the app it says there is no load connected with my mobile device. I would assume the agent needs to do something on his end when i book the load so it can track my phone and I can do check calls on it??? I hope this turns out to be as good as it ought to be... if I have to chat up another bored robot load specialist again.... or repeat my truck and trailer number, or repeat info that the last zombie didn't enter in when i called earlier ...no, it never has a seal.... lol

Well, apparently someone else in our fleet is using it cause I looked at it earlier and saw a load under dispatch and also one preplanned to pick later this morning. Was clicking around the preplan looking to see what it was about and logged them in as arrival time at shipper and consignee at 4:37pm yesterday, opps, sorry whoever that was.. this seems like it's gonna suck with everyone in the fleet's loads on there, the accounts ought to be truck specific in the fleet. Not ready to give up on it yet and do like what I see so far. Surprised no-one on here is familiar with it... really wanting to start using it...

All the agent had to do was enter my cell number in on his end. This app works like a charm. No more phone calls to CHR. Book a load on a verbal commitment from the agent, don't even have to sign confirmation and send it back with them. Run the load and enter all arrival, loaded, or empty info in less than a minute on my phone... done... surprised no-one on here is using this I highly recommend CHR is one of the best IMO just don't run cheap they do have high dollar freight, stick to your guns...

Really? I would think one might be wary of booking a load from an app, without a verbal conversation of it taking place...just seems like one party could cancel, and might cause problems, and without verbal communication, I don't think a Court would accept that as a legal document...

I don't book anything from the app. I always call the agents or vise versa and verbally commit to the load. CHR is the only brokerage out there who accepts that as the contract on the spot. Although many Landstar agents once they know you well enough will accept verbal as good enough that confirm still has to be signed and gotten back to them. You NEVER have to sign a confirmation and email it back to CHR. Once you give them your "T" number (their internal reference number specific to your company linked to your MC number) and you verbally commit to the load that's all that's needed you have a contract. They email a pdf of the confirmation or fax it to your number and you're good to go. The next time they will see it is when you send it in with POD for payment. It saves time... I like the system. CHR won't "TQL you". They are a MUCH better company than TQL. They may move tons of freight for really cheap, and that is the truckers fault for accepting it really, but once you have that verbal agreement they will not yank the load away from you for someone else who calls up and will do the load for $50 or $100 less. I have never been burned by Robinson like that and never heard of it either. Maybe it has happened before but you don;t see a weekly post in here about it like you do with TQL.. It's a small thing but it saves time and anything that cuts out wasted time is always a good thing...

Thanks for updating, good info. Sounds like it saves on a lot of wasted time, faxes, and phone calls.

RC, i used it few times and like it. What i noticed is that it is not coordinated with their website check ins. App is faster.
