Company safety rating? When should I....

What I know of this is that, they are currently under mandatory audit based on their operating modes. They are in constant violation of HOS, and every piece of equipment will not pass DOT inspections due to various maintenance issues. This as I have experienced first hand. I can understand your point, I just don't understand the correlation of what I know matches the problems at the company as compared to the FMCSA report. Please help me to understand this.

 

The threshold on this company is 65% overall as stated by the FMCSA rating. I have a call in to the FMCSA so I can discuss this and educate myself further, with the very people who are putting this information up for scrutiny.
I respectfully decline to provide any identifying information on this company as, I am worried that it may affect my ability to find work if I become known as a driver who speaks bad about his past companies, whether I am at fault or they are at fault.
