I want to do which ever division will make me the most money. I really wanted to get on the dollar general account and thought I was but the site manager told my recruiter they wasnt adding anymore drivers to that account out of tupelo ms.

I believe that flatbed pay more. I think the starting pay is .39/mile and I heard they are averaging 2500-2800 miles a week. Plus, you get paid $20 for tapping, $20 per extra stops, and $10 for retarding after each extra stop.

Once you get the hang of it and develop a routine, it becomes easier. Most loads should not take much more than an hour to tarp. So if you look at it, you are making about $20/hr, which is not bad money.
