Dispatch once again screws things up and then tries to blame us, delivered in Corinth,MS yesterday and we sat at the consignee for acouple hrs waiting on a load finally called and ask if we would get a load that night or in the morning dispatch says probably in the morning head to the nearest truck stop, so we do and we get almost there and get a load picking up a preloaded trl in Byhalia,Ms 70 miles and take it to West Memphis 39 miles away so we think ok not bad rather be there then where we would have had to sit, so 10 mins after getting all the info they send a load unassigned-change message. So we parked again and went inside and sat down to eat 2 hrs after we got that message they send another asking for our ETA. Husband calls to ask what they were talking about and they say "well your suppose to be in Byhalia,MS" so husband explains what messages we got and dispatch tells well it wasn't unassigned we just change the load number, so we're suppose to have known that. Some times I really wonder about night and weekend dispatchers. Picked up the load and got to West Memphis, got dispatched to go to Hialeah,FL but it got canceled so now we're suppose to grab a load and take it to Mesquite,TX which is ok. Got only 1680 miles for the week but took no advances so will see a decent check net Friday and also was able to get on the guarantee weeks too, so the next few weeks won't be to bad, hope everyone has a safe weekend !!!!

We told him was happened and the first issue we had with them reboarding us he was pretty ticked off about and was going to figure out why and last night issue he told us not to worry about it that it would be our fault. Usually he tries to set us up for over the weekend so we don't have to deal with weekend dispatch.

only problems i have with weekend dispatch is they dispatch u out but the appointment time isnt into 2-3hours later. And i try to get to my appointment times as early as i can anyway so sometimes im sitting there for 4-5hours at a time cuz of that. but when my fm is there he knows im early most of time anyway so he sets it so its at the appointment time. like today i got unloaded 10hours before my load was suspose to even be there:p

Joplin Missouri, trading trucks.Oh wait, new truck isn't ready, started at noon, told to check back at 4.Check back at 4, told will be 7, check back at 645, gone home for day.Way unhappy, My time might not be worth anything to them, but wasting my day...I understand things happen, trucks don't get finished, whatever. But I'm just mad about the whole way my time was wasted, could have simply been honest and said they were running behind, and I would have done today what I planned to do tomorrow. But that's screwed. Thanks.Ps, I normally don't complain, normally have nothing but praise for shop, ops, etc, but ball was dropped. I held upy end.Oh well, it happens and tomorrow the Sun might shine.Just wanted to vent.Ps ps, I'll miss my ole twin screw, apu equipped buff.El diablo was a good ride.
