You are supposed to start out at 66 miles and if your iddle is bad then you go down to 62.

But yeah they did change this within the last 2 weeks :biggrin_2556:

I live about 1.5 hours from Indy. How is the training scheduled? Can I stay elsewhere around town or out of town if I decided to work for Celadon?

Also, I am attending a self-paid driving school. Their website states they require 3-mos experience. Where does one only get 3-mos experience or do they talk to the school?

They have orientation on Monday,Tuesday & Wednesday & then on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. All days 3 days each class.

Yeah I believe you must have the 3 months experience (Heck I thought it was more than that?) give them a call and ask a recruiter for the information.
They change things on that end and I am not informed of all changes all the time so I hate to discourage you and be wrong. However I believe I am right.
to get experience I believe you can find a small family owner company and get some good driving history. The more the better.

Let me know if you sign on! Waiting to meet someone in person from the board:biggrin_255: Like Notarps

I'll keep my eye out, and ask around at school as well. Might have to start somewhere first. ;-) Being from Fort Wayne, it's not too bad to work out of Indy.

I have there new information package here on my computer. I have a recruiter freind that is a 3rd party recruiter and hires for them. THey are out of Canada and do a lot of boarder crossing. If you would like the information let me know. THey are hiring American Drivers to get a Canadian regional run. The thing I have explains it. Or you can talk to my friend the "evil recruiter" LOL

Good drivers. I've lived in Indianapolis all my life and have never had anything to complain about.
