Just sittin in the right seat enjoying the scenery and the adrenaline pumping experience of letting a greenhorn drive up I77. NB is open up there in WV, so no seeing my mommy today

 

Sitting at the Campus Inn. Inspected a truck today. Waiting to see if the Engine Fault Light and oil leek is a serious fault. If it is I will continue looking. If not I will sign the contract in the AM.

 

Yup... pretty serious. Means that things will get much worse if you take it out. It needs to go to Detroit Diesel, have the fault light diagnosed, and the oil leak repaired - minimum. BEFORE you sign anything. Hope you have cash stashed to carry you through.

Idaho Falls ID... going to Burley for a load in the AM.

 

Would have been there tomorrow night with my load from Maine. Broke down in IA, had to have it repowered.

No part today, in a hotel. We will see tomorrow.

 

Good to see them on a train anyway.

 

Wouldn't expect those problems with a 2013 Pete with only 86k on it.
