You buy em books, send em to school, try to teach em something...Yet they want to argue, don't listen.Do your own deal, just can't be upset or blame the company for things that are in your wheelhouse.Ask around, talk to folks that have 10, 15, 20 stars on their trucks, might learn something.If not, sit around, go broke, and play the blues.

 

I don't think anybody, on here or higher up the food chain is telling you not to check or pretrip your equipment.Just saying by maximizing your time, you'll be better off.Example, when I fuel, I've got hood open, check fluids looking for leaks etc.Do a walk around check lights air pressure all that good stuff.Get a new trailer, give it a good once over.I doubt even the book thumpers follow the book to the letter.It would be hypocritical to think or claim so.Many people say the bible a living book, the government says the bill of rights is a living document.Follow the intent.

Does anyone know when we're suppose to get our next safety bonus and what do they base it on pay wise. i know it's based on averae amount of miles ran in the last 3mths but do they have a set pay they pay or is it like .36 an average mile ran ???
