    There are no assigned trucks with carolina carg but a handfull of solo drivers and they dont train.
    They will stick you with some one who is new and make you train them. if that is what they want.
    they dont care if your a smoker or what not or that you dont want to be a trainer. No I am not a trainer and they wanted me to train someone that was at the yard.

    I'm confused.....if your the trainer, then your the boss. Tell them not to smoke in the truck.
    Now if your the trainee, that's different.

    My first day my trainer handed me a sheet with rules on them, and said if I followed then we'll get along just fine, if not you won't last long.
