Just got my plastic on the 12 been waiting to get the ball rolling since early Nov. Cant wait to get down to little rock and start even though it seems like ive been through a lot I know this is just a baby step on this amazing career. I know if I give 110% I will get it back with Maverick, ive have heard nothing to make me think otherwise. My father has drove for 15 years and even he thinks I have made an excellent choice. I love the Maverick way the structure is amazing they have already shown me that with Maverick you can excel and become one of the best on the road with the way they have handled my app to the conversations with my recruiter Mike. So exciting to finally take my first steps to become a professional truck driver it's been a dream of mine ever since my first trip with my father 10 years ago.

Good luck. You will need to be extremely motivated and disciplined over the next few months from orientation to the first several weeks out on your own. Be prepared for "information overload" that could have your head swimming during orientation and load securement week- and then some nerves the first several days out with your trainer- and then feeling extremely proud of yourself once you have become a Maverick Driver.
And then, the REAL buttkickin' yer gonna feel begins LOL!
