i totaly agree with ur veiws!! i fought for those rights an dam sure would do it again!! keep standin up brother more of us out here should follow ur lead an do the same!!

 

I had my hood ripped apart by a Pumpkin team back in the 90's when I was in a T/S. They ran and where later apprehended just North of Cinci. Now why would a driver run when they are driving a all orange truck and trailer and left half their paint on the hood and side mirror? Luckily a Landstar Ranger driver informed me of the dastardly deed. The good part is that I got a fresh truck because it was gonna take 3 days to get the replacement parts.

But since most company's can drivers who have backing accidents. You should have a accident kit in your truck at all times and be ready to go to town with that instant camera if you get hit. And the other truck does not get to move till the pictures are taken.

 

Always take pictures BEFORE they move away....also always immediately write down truck number and if they run off call 911 and report truck number to cops.
