AIR suspension fail

    helo all.

    VOLVO FM12 D12D 6x2, 8 tyre air suspension rear axle fail without fault codes

    when i switch the 2nd Tag/pusher axle down for loading and the 3rd driven axle cant be control up and down with remote button.

    Then i open the driven axle bellow control solenoid valve wire connector (4 wire) and input with DC 24volt into the solenoid coil, the axle lift and down.

    which means the solenoid valve and the air supply is ok??? so what is the problem?

    may be axe load sensor issue. Wrong load data and ECAS blocks lifting axe ore you try to lift axle on laden truck

    Please check what air suspension fault code, and give to me, maybe i can help, sometime air bellow pressure sensor malfunction

    you should change by new sensor and recalibrate air suspension by vcad pro or ptt, it done
