It's folks like you, defending what they did that are empowering these companies to abuse drivers in this manner. When a company lies to you off the bat...well maybe you think working for ######## is acceptable but me...I'd rather see someone go all Adam Lanzas on their management staff to set an example.

Yeah you will learn pretty quick not to walk around with your mouth open and you better keep your against the wall til you get comfortable,Trucking will make you alot wiser if you dont make the same bad decisions,It's a shame but definitely kinda like survival of the fittest in a way,At least the more information you have the better equipped youll be to make your next decision with whoever the best is today,I mean thats all you ever see come work for the best,If you were the best you wouldnt need permanent advertising,Thats just for starters!

Don't necessarily blame the company.Have you thought maybe the recruiter lied to you?It happens,sometimes the recruiter will say what you wanna hear to get you hired then once you're hires you're on your own.So I would call the recruiter and ask her about that dedicated account.

 

So one lie is "lesser" than another? It may very well be to some people but to me it does not compute. I am so GLAD I avoided bigger companies when starting out;albeit by accident. Crazy,Crazy ####.
