Doesn't that just burn the heck out of you? :biggrin_25516: You communicate with all the correct parties, update as necessary, confirm all times and dates, and, in the end, *they* err as if you'd said and done nothing at all. ###### if you do, ###### if you don't. Hopefully, this is a very infrequent occurrence.

    Be safe out there.

Noob question here, just waiting to join the team, does anyone ever call the people they are delivering to and get a delivery time changed or is dispatch supposed to do it?

Nope, there is a customer service team that takes care of that. You call your DBL and let them know why you can't make it and when you can. They then get in touch with CS and they reschedule with the customer.

The only time I call customers is when I can't find them. Though the provided phone number in the work assignment may not be correct or even service anymore.

I have no problem with the sensor. I knew out was coming, was just a matter of time.

I'll be here for at least another year. Need to get a minimum of two years in before I can move on.

I'll call to see if I can drop or pickup a few hours early sometimes. You'd be surprised the number of "AT" appointments that are actually open pickups/drops. I'll also call to verify long term parking if needed. The location information in for this in workflow is a crap shoot. Just remember to be polite :)
