    Couple more.

Hey Jumbo, my brother and I looked outside our office window and saw a couple of your company's trucks rolling south on 61/151 through Dubuque last week.

Preacher, I have a question for you. Do you have auxiliary lights on your mirrors or on the top of your truck? If so, could you post pics?

800 lumen 6 LED flood pattern.
Manufacturer is Maxxima, one per side mounted in the original backup light bracket aimed to spread light from the edge of my trailer to about 40' from centerline, and about 60' from the rear of the sleeper to about 110'.

An additional two are mounted on the top of the headache rack to illuminate from 1' behind the headache rack, to approximately 20' back, mostly because it was darker than my soul back there. Made hooking up and operating the RGN a touch difficult.
Also useful for illuminating the load to oncoming traffic, without blinding people attempting to pass.

Nope, just the stock 388 projector low / FF high
I do have a set of Hella 550 amber fog lamps stuffed with 4300 Kelvin HID capsules, but I use that more for snow / rain / ditch lamps.

I would like a set of 12" vision X LED lightbars, but the stock headlights allow me to see well enough for the times I dont have a pilot

That load would take months of planning to get moved in the Tri-State area. It took me 5 weeks just to get permits to move that 773 180 miles from a little upstate down to the port in delaware. Nice move.

Its not that bad here in BC / AB.
BC for over 14'6" width we require superload approval from Victoria (which usually takes 2 weeks), and you're restricted to 2200-0500 travel time on most highways, as well as needing three pilots.
Over 16' wide (or thereabouts) you're restricted 0000-0500 with three pilots.

Alberta over 16' wide you are daylight travel and 2 pilots.

NY state anything over 14' high needs a pole car and route surveys. Anything over 12' wide needs an escort.
NY City anything over 13'6 needs a route survey and anything over 14' high needs an escort. Anything over 11'1" wide needs escorts going over the bridges in the 5 boroughs. It gets ridiculous above those dimensions.

We can go up to a 16' height without escorts, pole cars, surveys, etc.
Under 10'6" wide we dont even need OD banners or beacons, those cover up to 11'6" width, from there we need one pilot.
You only need multiple pilots for length or super OD.
