    Laundry soap. Get you a small bottle. I've heard there is a Wal-Mart close to the terminal. Truckstop soap is too expensive! You can wait till sprigmo to get it. 20oz of weight that you won't have to carry.

    I have another question. Most people seem to start orientation on Monday and end on Thursday. I however start on Thursday. Will this end on Sunday or are the training guys off for the weekend? If so will that make us finished on Tuesday?

    You're going to exist with it in your bunk space, which is about the size of a single bed only smaller.

    Bedding? You'll be hot-bunking on the lower bunk while the truck is in motion, and most instructors/trainers claim that one when the truck isn't moving. A sleeping bag is appropriate. Skimp on the outer wear, double down on socks and underwear. Throw in some shower clogs unless you're looking to get athelete's foot.

    Just talked to my recruiter, I can't say for sure on your part but I should be done with orientation and securement class by sunday or Monday.

    On the dirty dog and let me say it has been an experience so far. First the local bus station was closed so no one to give my confirmation number too and the driver was hesitant to let me on. Then when we got to the first stop in Richmond VA. I got my tickets printed and she told me the schedule was all wrong and I needed to take a different bus. Then that bus was full so they had to load a second. All good now though. Will see how the rest goes.

    It Pittsburgh waiting on a 3 hr layover. Trip has not been to bad after this mornings episodes. Sat beside a guy from Alabama on the way up here and when we hit Baltimore he saw snow for the first time. I thought that was pretty cool. On to Ohio then Indiana and finally St. Louis. Transfer again there after another 2 hr layover and then arrive at sprimo around 10:30pm.
