Schneider does. Also, use the search feature, there are plenty of companies hiring newbies, if fact some of them post on here about their experiences. FFE has a tanker division in the oil fields, I think Midland, TX area.

How much money do they earn as newbies?
-
So what other companies hire newbies besides Schneider?
-
Speaking to one of the recruiters at a local trucking school, he told me Schneider hires guys out of the school for the North Dakota oil fields, and they make around 60k their first year. Not sure how true that is since he could have been embellishing a little to get me excited and signing on the dotted line with the school. Either way, i know of some guys personally that are making 80k with Halliburton up there, but they are all veteran drivers. It's not an easy gig, 12 on 12 off in most cases and you can work 12 weeks straight without a day off... sounds crazy to me.

12 on and 12 off means 3 months on, then 3 months off, so that means you work only half the year at the end and still earn 80k?
Do Scheneider also hire for the Texas oil fields as well? Do Scheneider give you free trucking school for one year contract for the oil fields? Are there any other companies who does? -

Does this still hold true? -
Hello Everyone,
I'm a new trucker who got his start in the oil fields. I know I had a lot of people help me online and out here in the patch. I'm posting videos of my journey on youtube if anyone is interested in following a greenhorn getting started in the oil patch.
Stay safe out there.

Stallion, Basic, and Key are the companies that will receive a newbie?
Wouldn't there be a lot of competition though, if anybody can come in without a CDL, they providing the CDL for you? -
Hmm. Maybe I should just call them.
