Maybe you should get a job here before you start thinking you know our policies, eh?bcgreen111 Thanks this. -
#### dude calm the #### down! I just thought you made a typo based on what the website said. I stand corrected. Your right i dont work there but if everyone is so quick to fly off the handle as you are maybe i dont wanna?? Maybe
-
How did I fly off the handle? Cuz I made it so big? I figured you needed it big cuz you apparently missed it on the website.
And it probably hasn't been updated because we have only started taking 1 month exp drivers recently.. -
What's the difference between one month and straight out of school?
volvodriver01 Thanks this. -
Sorry I took it the wrong way. But i saw the recruiting number and figured that was bottom of page. Should have scrolled down but didnt.
-
Now that I have no idea. I guess they figure you've been on your own for a while and have at least some smarts as to driving a truck. If you ask me, I wouldn't mind seeing the exp go back up, but I don't make the standards. I think it will hurt us more than it helps us when all the new guys make the CSA go up. (Not saying only the new guys will get points)...

Thank you for the answer. I unfortunately have no otr experience. I have run locally in three states but they are all within 60 miles of my home base. Ran for a well service company but those runs were only 100 miles or so and did require overnight stays on well sites. I am trying to get into an over the road as this has been something I have wanted to do a long time. So trying to find a way. Again thank you for all your input and any advice you may have.
