my advice is inverter and microwave. and not that expensive. believe or not but the last truck I drove had a small 1000w inverter and I was running a microwave off it for 6 month no problem. don't forget to rpm up when using microwave.

I have a Road pro oven and only use it three or 4 times /week but I sure do love it. Weekends at home i will cook a few good meals and some lasagna or chili and then freeze the left overs in the tinfoil trays. Nothin' is better when you are hungry than the smell of smoked ribs coming up to temp.

I've looked at the skillet but i don't like cooking in a dirty frypan and cleaning that would be a little much for me on the road.
