    I believe bleaubell. Maybe he/she didn't word everything properly, but I have known of other towing operations where they basically troll drivers in certain situations. This Walmart has probably had problems with truck drivers so has given the towing co. carte blanche to do as they please, so to speak. I've had various people and organizations phouck with me for no good reason, so I'm not surprised here. There have been times when I need to just pull over for 5 minutes and see what dispatch is going to do etc. Now, albeit, I generally stay away from Walmart lots unless they're really spacious and open to trucks, my inclination here is to give the benefit of the doubt to bleaubell.

    Lets tell the truth here...many places have banned us from parking the rigs. Who likes a bunch of garbage throwin pee pouring curb running lawn smashing mechanic wannabees leaving oil gallons filthy no showering greasy hippy looking truckers around for too long? Nobody thats who. We have created our own problem. Iv even seen signs where they say "truck parking closed because of littering" now thats sad. We all need to be the best people we can be we can only change it one at a time.

    This is where google earth map helps a lot, you can zoom in and see if the Walmart is in an area that has a lot of landscaping and islands which would make it hard to get in and out of. Calling also helps in some cases to find out if it is ok to park to shop. Husband uses them for drugs too which is a lot easier than getting into a CVS.


    Good thing your daughter didn't get arrested and a shame some allowances aren't made.

    ONETWIN...if you live in Eaton, OH I could use you help for all of us....need to take pictures of the signs that they have...just to see if they changed signs after I raised hell with Walmart Manager Josh...and city Mayor G. Wagner!!! In addition...police chief Depew stands by his boys (2 officers) that they did not get involved....they did!!! We have a proof on dash cam with mike on full volume....

    Update.... as of 01/03/2013 we are moving forward to report the whole thing to Gov. J. K. we will wait for reasonable and sensible investigation...
    I smell some dead cat in all this....so...those of you who are interested in this stay tuned!! This whole thing is NOT ABOUT $250.00 paid to Al's Towing and its owner... it is about incredible lack of ethical standard on the part of Eaton Police where we learned today that THERE WAS NOT EVEN POLICE REPORT filed....although we called 911....

    sooo...all of you....I thank you for all comments...and help...stay tuned....
    o by the way....check out the story about police corruption in Stubenville, OH....ABC news has story on it tonight....or google "anonymous" and you will find background on this!!!

    CommDriver --- I thank you for your comment....we stooped there just to take a little break...I was cleaning my face from earlier injury by 3 inch nail flying into my eyebrow....when the crew came....they took glad hand off my read line PRIOR TO even knocking on the door....when I came out of the truck....Kenworth driver (tow truck) had ranch and my glad hand in his palm!!!! I was shocked...and one tall guy was about 15/20 ft away holding his hand in the jacket....looked as he had a "pipe" the case of crazy move on our part....as fat as I ma concern...this was kidnaping and ransom situation!!!!

    some major stuff is going on... found this out from the employee of the state of Ohio!!! I think chief Depew and the city of Eaton crew has a bit of explaining to do to the public on the future date about their officers "IMPARTIALITY" when someone calls 911!!! In our case the local yolks provided the appearance of legitimacy to this scam (so called enforcement of private property law).....store such WALMART is a private public access property where all people are to come and shop....including truck drivers in their rigs...so Walmart Managers "blanca carte" is nothing else as discrimination!!! Come on guys!!! Think about your rights!!! If we cannot part and shop there....that is clear case of discrimination.....stand up for yourself I say!!!!

    OOOO if I did not mention...after the lauzy $250.00 was paid on tcheck....the tow crew left so the "local yolks"....there was no rush to vacate at that time....THE FEE WAS PAID!!! It was about the money......
