I love the Hopper Bottom

    Problem is I can't find a company/farmer that hires in SC. I ran hopper bottom for 4 months in Iowa then decided I was home sick for boiled peanuts and came home. Now trying to find that company I want to drive for when I long for hopper bottom. You search the internet and come up with squat :( I can't even find companies that pull hoppers but I see them rolling through my town everyday all day. I try to get the names off the trucks but usually forget before I get able to right them down. I see post on other boards about loads waiting to pull but where are the owners that pull them??? Sure wish I could just buy my own truck and hopper but I can't so I have to just keep on looking. Maybe someday right :)

    Get a digital camera and take pictures if you can't remember the names of the companies. Hoppers haul lots of different materials, not all of them are easy but if you can get it out they haul it with them.

    Good luck with finding something, and IA isn't really that far away, if you get a gig that runs you back there.

    rofl. by the way...about your nickname... you wouldnt by any chance be related to SheWhoShallNotBeNamed? i only ask because i was married to her for 4 years. just seeing your name gave me shudders as an image of her face popped into my head (BRRRRRRR!!!!!!).

    No, no, no, She's from the ShallNot Clan. Much different than the MustNot's !! They give the Not's ( in general ) a bad reputation. I know what ya mean though. Sometimes those ShallNot's almost make me ashamed of being a Not at all !!

    ah...ok thanks for clearing that up. still gonna have nightmares for the rest of the week now, though. i have to skip over a whole book of the bible to avoid seeing her name. anyone who thinks satan is male...im here to tell ya...satan is a she.

    My name is short for Indrakshi which means one with beautiful eyes lol....I have hauled a lot of hard product. ddg's being the mother of all....but I haven't hauled anything I couldn't get to drop! Thanks guys!!!!
