    I worked for this company till Jan 2012. Just an update, its still a bad company. If you d run illeagle u dont get miles. I went over 8 weeks without a paycheck because I refused a load after running 1000 miles with no break. Also in your lease it states you can take the truck to another company with a small deposit but Dudley Baldwin will not allow this at all. Good equipment but bad company.

    Well if they're violating terms of the contract...that would constitute a breach of contract...

    Baldwin is joke of a company anyway.

    Well hasn't changed yet. A friend of mine works there and his dispatcher bree keeps messing with him. Because he won't he hasn't had any time off and is looking for another job because bree is being a bully if you don't give her what she wants she will mess with your pay and miles. And bree dosn't want you to have a life away from truck.

    well bree is @ it again she just took a good load from my friend and gave my friend a messed up load. first load had over 1000 miles and now he's got a load for just over 500.

    well here we go again bree pissed off my friend and now he says there's some other dispatcher in his office that likes to yell @ people he's looking for another job,Because this other guy who is a new dispatcher thinks he's king tut and can tell anyone he wants to off. the new dispatcher is pissing off his driver too. And one of Bree's driver's quit cause he couldn't get any home time. & also Baldwin is in capter 11 bankruptsy no you don't want to work there.
