Nothing wrong about it for some follower types.lol Great place to be for some I think.

I don't agree. Many drivers that have been here less time still have more yrs driving than some of those that drove here 3 yrs plus. This isnt a factory where you start at the bottom. You bring the same skills that anyone else has. That is a very inferior attitude to think they deserve more. But I was actually stating that we should all get the same misc pay. They certainly arent more deserving and I dont hold any of them in high regard based on 3 yrs driving here.

I can see your point about them not having to give us more than 2300 miles in a week. It would hurt the company if I am available to run and they sit me since I hit the quota of 2300 in 5 days. If that happens, I do have the choice to leave at that point too. Honestly, for the month of November, the guaranteed pay would have benefited me since I only got 9000 miles for the month with only 5 days of home time. That is the only month that I have had less than 10000 miles since I started back in June.
I fought with John about layover, breakdown and detention pay constantly. I only received detention pay and my referral bonus after I sent a detailed email to Bill, and even then I haven't been paid detention pay on two of my loads that I sat waiting for JBS for over 24 hours. It seems as if the senior drivers here have a smoother time getting paid what they are supposed to be paid. I wouldn't want to give that pay plan up either. I didn't know it was different for you guys.
If that still makes me a cheerleader for it, then I want to know when cheer practice starts.holycow Thanks this. -
where are you picking up in sulpher springs, texas. i am from tht area?

What casino do you hit in Tunica?

It used to be they hired based on experience and gave you perks to match that experience. Then Omaha tried to get to big to fast and Jon tried using his Werner mentality of something for nothing. In my opinions drivers with more experience and who've held out here during all the BS deserve to keep the deal they brokered in. I can also see why others want the guarantee. I just think it should be a choice.

I hope it starts soon these last two loads suck my weekend load doesnt deliver tell 0830 mon am and only 558 miles, can you say SHAFTED!!!!

I can see your point about the experience. But when some of the experience drivers are not getting what the should be then I don't think that is ok. -
They would be wise to throw out the Jon L plan. They saw how down that was taking the driver morale. I do think they need to put it together real soon.
