Thinking about going with CC. I have heard all the bad things about it but my main question is what should I expect in orientation? Should I be studying my drivers manual is there any type of written test I need to take there? I know to bring my ss card, drivers license and medical form. When should I expect to be back to my house after orientation? How long do they stay out at a time? Is the first day of orientation paper work? Is piss test first day? Do they wear uniforms?

I know I needed to clear up most of this with the recruiter on the phone but half these questions slip my mind at the time.
Sorry for all the rookie questions this will be my first trucking job out of school. I will try my best to stay the hell out of every ones way and not take off any mirrors when backing while I earn my stripes. Much obliged.

B and bh fan ? Carolina cargo should be avoided if you can . They are a second chance carrier, if you need a second chance , ok . If not you can do way better! Where is home ?

The only things I can tell you is it's a team operation doing West Coast turns. Plan on running hard and turning some miles. Stick with them for no less than 6 months and if/when you do leave, give a proper 2 week notice. Best wishes in your new career.

RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNN! Get out of there fast. Dont even bother putting in a 2 weeks notice. All I have to say is... 10cpm. You do the math and see if thats a company you would really wanna work for.

I also read that half a them were already in back of terminal smashed up! They are more expensive and were replaced by ? spds. I just wanted to know if they were 10spd ,super 10, 18..? If anyone knows I was just curious. Was dissapointed to hear all they had was autos but makes sense 4 newbies to pay more attn. 2 road.
