    WOW NO MAKE THAT HOLY WOW BATMAN--I gave up on this one couple days ago--29 pages and still going--the energizer bunny got nothin' on this stuff--and after reading all the good legal advice and constitutional precedents--if anyone needs me I'll b in the basement with a very large tin foil HAT:)

    Prove me wrong!!! I say!!! Just go and park at that WALMART...I say....than we will see what you experience will show
    5 TON limit....that is also RV....
    and who is AUTHORIZED and who is UNAUTHORIZED....what is the understanding of it????
    anyone has any clues on this???

    RADflatbedder82....when you stop/park you do not set breaks???/ wow....keep doing that....and I am sure one day your truck will roll either way....you will wake up when you hear the bang!!!! remember the roll does not count ....the bang/crush does!!! So much for "professional driver" ....I see you only got 3 years....keep on learning!!! LOLOLOLOLO

    I park at WalMart all the time. There are days the WM in Goshen IN looks like a truckstop, with overnite parking and such.

    Guys, let's be decent here. I for one, want to see how this plays out. They tampered with bells equipment. I don't think that's legal.

    I'm interested in the actual legalities and interpretation of unauthorized vehicles too. That's a pretty broad brush to paint with.

    I'm curious as to his this plays out too, however I'm much more skeptical. 5 minutes worth of time to pull in get parked, and have the tow company arrive then detach the lines and remove a gladhand seems awfully fast. I think we have 1 version of events painted in favor of the driver. Not that I really expect to hear the other side of this story, but I can't imagine the turn of events unfolding as described.
