I have had zero problems, been with them over a year. I went through the academy. I drive a 2013 Prostar, get good loads, and made 47,857 my first year. Its not setting the world on fire, but I enjoy what I do. I am now switching to O/O but still going to stay with FFE. Once you stay after your year is up, things change. I think its because you are now there because it is your choice, not because you have to be. Alot of those who left overreacted I think, they should have stuck it out. But everyone makes their choice. Its hard to get people to help you when your pissed, they will blow you off and help the one that is understanding and looking for help. You have to be patient and take the time nessasary to learn what you are doing. It is very frustrating at times, but thats just part of learning.
