When I talked to them, it sounded like they wanted you to live close to the yard, but they never really said. I live around 40 miles away and that was fine. Couldn't bring my truck home. Not sure about the driving record.

You really need to live near their yard. because your going to begin and end your trip at or near the yard.

As for how clean your record needs to be, No reckless driving, DUI, and a decent CSA score. I was hired on with 2 non-preventables and a seatbelt ticket on my CSA score so you don't have to be perfect.

They used to use TLC companies to do their hiring and payroll. Anyone know if this is still true? Chesterton Indiana company.

I think most of those old Columbias and 387's are gone I'm assuming?

no some of them are still there they are being replaced a couple at a time. The 387s still there are being used for the short haul drivers because they aren't legal for California.

Their yard is on the same road as my house, I see mostly later model 587s sitting around.

Anyone know if they budge on that 2 yr req.? I have a little over a year.

I dont think they will budge on the 2 year req but i cant be sure. call them up at 636-271-6100 and ask for Mary she'll tell you one way or another. I think we're still looking for another driver or two so you might luck out.

Did you already start with them? What's their pay like? Benifits? Are they an all company driver fleet?

    Thanks for reply.
