Volvo D12C starting problems

    I just rebuilt a Volvo D12c engine and it can not start. When i use start spray it starts and works good. Put all new Volvo original parts in it. Does anyone have any ideas?

    the engine is in a volvo wheel loader. We started it up and worked for about 30min and turned it off, came the next day and it wouldn't start so we left it on the site and are going back tommorrow. While rebuilding the engine we took the injectors to be tested and everything was ok.

    i think your 4 pin relay was damaged in dashboard fuses board, all have 4pcs, that why engine couldn't be started
