Depends what tstops you like to use most frequently i use Electronic fuel systems its mostly ta loves pilot flying j and sum mom pops . For example i paid 3.58 a gal after discount in Montgomery I65 3 days ago the other hand paid 3.85 with a .03 discount . My discount was .23 on the same day. But in fairness to the other hand he had sum discounts better than mine and visa versa . They compete with each other . I would say your better off deciding what lanes you run the most and what tstops you like to use the most and find 1 that is best for your business plan. Another example my fuel cost in Mo. is 3.42 after discount pump price is 3.85 same with Tx i get big discounts. But i run those states alot

FYI I just compared RTS Fin Svcs Fleetone POS discount from the 4th, retail prices hadn't changed and they were the same as NAST QPN Fleetone discount, so no diff there.

IMHO, the TA in Greenland has always been overinflated. There is a another station (Exxon/Mobil maybe, not sure) just up the road from the TA. Same side of the road and they are .30-.50 cents cheaper than TA consistantly. I am guessing that local retail is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of $4.12-4.20 a gallon at that Exxon/Mobil. Seems to be the way TA-Petro operate. What good is a .30 cent discount when the cash price is .20-.40 cents over retail? When you think about it, the stuff all comes off the same rack anyway. The NASTC fuel card doesn't amount to much of a discount, if any, when the starting cash price is inflated. Just my .02
