I am setting a goal for myself to graduate by the 2nd week of February. I have researched many companies and I feel that Schneider is the best starter company for me. Can any Current Schneider drivers shed some light on the company, its policies, its tanker division, truth about what to expect for pay and miles the first year, and its over-all hiring process and how long it takes? Also, how easy or hard it is to get an interview if you've already gotten an email stating you passed the initial hiring criterias? Thanks in advance drivers... BE SAFE OUT THERE!

I think you'd better work on passing a drug test before you work on graduating... Just saying.

no one will hire a driver that comes up dirty.

Starting with SNI Jan15th going to Dallas. Just got my papeerwork to attend (guess i passed the drug test) I also signed up for tanker out of Houston. $80 perday while training both in class and with a trainer. Motel is paid for and also 2 meals. Start out tanker pay is .33 cents per mile. Go to the SNI part of this forum for more info. They say it should take about 21 days to complete the school due to tanker being longer.
