Hmm... My trailer has some baseball sized holes in the plywood at the base of the bulkhead, but I've never been rejected even for food grade. This must have been BAD.

Thanks again for the load,we were going to e mail mail you to see if you had anything in our area when we came across your load. At first glance we didn't know it was your firm but then seen the identifier. Sam is a good guy we were happy to help out. JJRanch.

Our old trailer had a small hole in it we got rejected but found a shop close by and had it fixed and still covered the load. At least a couple of loads we hauled in the details state must be clean and no holes. I prefer to keep our equipment maintained so we don't have any issues when we haul a load, its part of my mantra, a happy customer is a repeat customer.

We let the owner of the truck run their business. We have drivers that have taken over a month off at a time. Same with our new fleet. Biggest issue I see in terms of home time for our drivers is the area that they live in. Because we are percentage, if you live in a bad market most will stay out longer to balance out the poor rate coming or going.
