I see a lot of different rates being posted here. Are you including the fsc as part of that rate when you post? For instance someone is talking about a load paying 1.88 per mile. Is the fuel surcharge included or in addition to that rate?

When I post it's usually without FSC in it. Sometimes its all-inclusive. Just depends.

I was looking at a company paying 1.30 + fsc on all miles loaded and empty. Say this works out to 1.75 per mile. Now for example I look and see rollin coal posting per mile averages and I'm wondering if that is rate per mile + fsc, or just rate per mile without the fsc figured in.
Its hard to compare if I'm talking apples and others are talking oranges. -
Spot market rates are what you see on the load boards. Those are, or should be inclusive of FSC. RC posts his rates inclusive of FSC since he deals exclusively with spot market rates.
lil fred Thanks this. -
Most people on here post rates to the truck all in so if you see $1.89 /mile that's what the driver is getting total with fuel.....

Stop looking. $1.31+ is better than solid.lil fred Thanks this.
