"how would you feel if a stranger moved in your spare bedroom while you were at work. ate your food, took a shower, watched T.V. and ran up your power bill ?"

    Well, that could be fun.....

    Don't ya think?

Sort of like having kids isn't it?

They sell most of their trucks after 3-4 years. They just bought about 600+ new trucks, so a Roehl newbie has a decent chance of ending up with a brand new freightliner. I'm told my chances of getting a new one are pretty good, because they just move right on down the list to the next available truck. If you're on one of the slipseating programs, I'm not sure about the chances at a new truck.

Cool. I won't hold my breath but a new truck would be sweet.
When do you anticipate getting your truck?
I don't start training until 21 Jan, hopefully there will be a few left when I get mine.

Dennis, sounds great. So glad you're happy with your choice.

My dogs acted like that if I was gone for an hour or for a week. That's why we love them, isn't it? Never any guilt and ALWAYS happy to see you :)

    garspete,
    Don't envy, just do it.
    Close your eyes and jump.
It is not the end of the world if you don't like it. In fact Roehl let's you go home by Thursday of the first week and the school does not charge you. So you can try it without actually commiting any real money to it. They won't tell you this. But I was told once there.
    respects,
