Heard that ! Except I bought mine from Greer, went out there and picked it up! You are dead on about warranty , and support. I have had this thing about 20 months, and I should Never have bought it. Nothing but trouble , and money thrown down the Rathole !
Pho warranty , cause I had to work on it myself. Couldn't find anyone who would workq on it.
if I knew then, what I know now, I would Never have gotten anywhere Near Mr. Greer , and his Pony Pack!

Tons of problems with Dynasis Control Units. Mine never worked right and the dealer tried three brand new ones right out of the box and they all failed to work. Never again. I feel they are taking advantage and just shoving knowingly defective merchandise through no money down lease programs. What good is an APU that can't be controlled? You can't just run it on heat until it blasts you out of the cab.

On another website a couple of guys have said that they have received e-mails from Fallbrook Technologies (Hodyon's parent company) about a safety recall on the Dynasys units. I have not received any such e-mail and was wondering if anyone else has and what exactly did it say. I have 3072 hrs on the original control module that came with my unit.

I suppose you could if you supplied the filters but you can do it yourself in the parking lot in less than 15 minutes.
The unit comes from the factory with a Fumoto oil drain tap and hose that you drain into an empty plastic jug while you are changing the oil and air filters. It only takes 2.5 qts of oil and needs service @ 1000 hrs.

    t800kwopper Thanks this.

I checked my junk mail and nothing there either. A guy on another board told me what his e-mail said but my unit is a year newer than his and I haven't had all of the electrical problems that others have complained about. I just went over it from top to bottom before I left home and it's running like a top.

I just got woke up by what sounded like a warning bell coming from the unit under my bed so now I won't be able to sleep and will have to run my truck until they figure this out. Had one truck burn from a shorted out control panel on a Rigmaster and I don't need that again!
