yeah it had a smaller sleeper, maybe 60" or so. Looked like the whole thing has been restored. Had "Big Cam 400" on the side of the hood. It was in vinyl stickers, the kind you have custom cut and made. Looked kind of weird to me. I would have just kept the clean look of a stock truck -

I see it as lazy as well. If you have a problem with other trucks idling, don't park at a truck-stop. I've seen guys almost hit other trucks backing "out" of the spot. I also saw one guy have to move his truck because the steering wheel holder misjudged it "nosing" in and almost took his fender off.
If you nose in to a back-to-back spot with a set of trailer doors looking at you, you also stand the chance of someone bashing you backing in. If there is no trailer in the way, I'd be willing to bet you pull straight through. The majority of "nosing in" drivers are inherently lazy. You can tell by the way they don't take the time to fix it if it's crooked.
Sorry, for the most part - the new "breed" of drivers don't put the effort into backing in. It's why we wait and watch them flounder at loading docks.
