FAT people are Discriminated against at prime

And on the other side of the "chart" ledger. What is the average body-fat of College or NFL players;lineman and linebackers in particular? I would guess not over 18%.

Yet according to the "chart" and neck-size-their automatically guilty of being a lard ### according to the "chart". I never realized it till now but I hate that word.."chart". Ranks right up there with "appointment".

Well , many people just over 40 have strokes & or heart attachs , not enough imformation on this ! As for you driver , you say more than your excess weight , maybe the reason you do not like this ! You say nothing about your weight & age ? Maybe scared if this goes intoeffect you might be out of a job , huh ?? Laws like this one are coming & soon !

Lemme tell ya something....and I've posted this before. Yes, I have weight struggles. 5'6", 250, down from 270. Your blessed charts say I should be about a buck-40. Ain't gonna happen. 170, yeah...that's my goal. I'm 52.

So, Mr. Perfect...what OTHER biases do you possess? Am I too short for your chart? Married too many times? Live in the wrong state?

I should add that my BP has never been an issue. I'm due for my next DOT physical before the 6th of Feb. I'll be happy to provide a full report.

And given the longevity of my family member's lives, I'll wager I outlive you. How do I know?

What of all the FAT people driving cars? Including the Lardo County Sheriff who gave me a speeding ticket in NM last year? Their accidents aren't quite as messy;still the people are just as dead.

Fat people have more health problems (FACT), that costs the company money through missed work and increased healthcare costs (insurance). How can they "discriminate" against people who do drugs (off duty) but not against people who eat too much?

 

Because "it's not their fault they're fat, it's someone else's!!". Which is most likely what they were taught growing up.

 

It's not that people eat to much and gain all that weight. It's when you eat so much and don't do anything, worse after you eat a big meal then go to sleep. That's why when I start driving and on my 10hr break if no gym there i will walk/jog. The reason for BMI is cause a whole lot of over weight people have sleepaptnea. So may little things you can do to help, just stepping up on the first step on the truck then back down will do good.

 

Yep, seems the trucking/insurance companies want to create a perfect driver/society. No fat boys, no fat chicks, no tattoos, no piercings, no long hair or beards, no medical history past or present, must have all your teeth, no married drivers (you'll want to get home), must wear uniforms (gray or black) and black polished boots. All drivers will be driving the same kind of truck, same color and running 55 mph no matter where you go. Pretty soon they will be discriminating against religion. Being overweight is just an easy start.
