Good luck Marky. Let us know how it's going. I would get the endorsement for the reason Dawnio stated above, if anything, it would look good on a resume.
From what I understand about Swift the endorsements will get you into another one of their divisions and maybe you can try a few different things out to see what fits you the best.

haven't heard or seen any swift pulling a tanker. but that doesn't they don't. guess you can always ask somebody that knows more than me lol

Ya I haven't either. Went to the DMV to see how much it would be to get the other endorsements and it would cost 15$ to take all 3. Would of course have to go somewhere else for the TWIC and to get the background check for hazmat. So I'll probably do that when I'm done with my mentoR or maybe when I'm home for a couple days durIng my mentor ship

i had a question, my buddy who was in the same class as me, said i need at least 300$ for food and cat scales.
is this true? is he exaggerating? cat scales only cost like 10$ right? isnt that a company expense? -

cat scales are paid out of pocket but you can get reimbursed for them. at least it was that way when i was there a few months ago. it might of changed
