Werner is a good company

Nother,if you are so mad about people talking about werner then why do you speaks so bad about swift and others?You told me you have the right to your own opinion,and so do others.So what are you all upset for..You talk about swift and they are not the best, but that dosnt mean there isnt some good drivers at that company..If you are proud of werner ok.You are just inviting any trouble you may get on this website having an attitude.Werner has done wrong to alot of people,and people are gonna talk down on them..Thats the nature of the beast.Dont cry about it..Most could care less..If you are makin such good money,why would you even worry about it???And BubbaTrucker,by no means did I imply I was a "super trucker"...I am still a student so that would be kind of hard.Me talking about driving in Iraq has nothin to do with bein a super trucker.....

 

I also drive for Werner, i have for almost 2 years. They have not given me a reason to go anywhere else. I am on the Anheuser Busch dedicated account. I can get home every weekend if I wanted to, but don't really need to since my wife rides with me.

 

Norther, Glad to hear you found a company you like. A little advice. Ignore what the clowns are saying on the radio. Over time you will find they would ##### if they were hung with a new rope. I have found a lot of these people cheap entertainment. A little something to live by Ignorance begins when you think you have all the answers. Remeber to ask the questions. Good luck

 

I can hear that. I know no matter what the company there's going to be people who are satisfied and people who aren't. All companies have their faults, and I think a lot of the complaints depend your dispatcher, your fleet manager, whether you're a student or not, you attitude, and luck.

 

Norther you have to look at it like this.You wanna come on here experssing you opinion and your mad that guys talk bad about werener and make fun of you fo driving for them..Ok,thats your right to feel that way and get mad.Now what about those swift drivers you mentioned?Its ok for you to make fun of them?What did they do to you?Do you just make fun of them cause everyone else does?Freedom of speech is a 2 way road..Other people are aloud to think what they want,right or wrong wether you like what they have to say or not...Just like you are aloud to think,right or wrong.No one says you have to listen to other people and their opinions....

 

I think Norther is more upset at people making fun of HIM (who happens to driver for Werner). Not people making fun of Werner. People talking crap about HIM (who happens to driver for Werner), not talking crap about Werner.

 

Well i think Werner sucks myself.
but i have no problems with the people who drive for them. they only drive the truck. not run the company. and if a driver is happy with them thats all the better. no shame in that at all. i could not or would not work for them myself but i have no problem with the people who do.

 

That's the whole deal in a nutshell. It's the driver that matters and if HE'S HAPPY. (or she) I have two very close friends that currently drive for JB Hunt and Swift. They say their not going anywhere. The Hunt guy has been there for 6 years, and the Swift guy was OTR for 4 years and now drives dedicated Walmart out of Louisiana for the past 2 years. He's very happy with his job. So even in companies that we know generally suck, there can be happy people who are doing well.

 

yea i think some people get carried away sometimes with all the bad in a company. some people like what others don't. everyone has different wants and needs. what makes one driver happy will make another driver miserable.
