    Have been here for almost 2 years. 70% of revenue, 95% of fuel... They will not pay any tolls, prepass etc. The company will charge for tolls from some customers on the east coast, but hit you for 30% of tolls recovered. I am running my tail and truck in the ground and the best I am averaging is 1.37/mile including fuel to the truck. Deadhead is around 8 to 10%. You pay for permits (30.00/month), qualcomm (60.00/ month), (50.00 / month IFTA filings PLUS 100.00 FUEL TAX PER MONTH). If you have a breakdown and need an advance, they will charge you 18% interest on the advance, 15.00 check fee and 6.00 for transmission. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!

    FORGET ABOUT GETTING TIRES THROUGH THEM.....! YOU DON'T WANT TO GET ME STARTED ON THAT TOPIC.!

    I have called OOIDA and they requested for me to send them a copy of my contract, which I will as soon as I get home.

    Didn't they disclose all charges/ fees prior to you signing the contract ? And you still agreed to the terms ? If not,then they are in breach of the contract and it becomes null and void...

    Can you post documentation to substantiate your statements? I'd really like to see scanned images of all your pay settlements and receipts that were submitted to guage the severity of the issue. It is difficult to quantify the precise value of your situation because of the many variables involved. I require an itemized statement of all of your paperwork to analyze this complex situation in an absolutely superior fashion.

    ooo got into that whole contract deal without reading it didnt ya?....yeah, I did that too..but then again...Im just a rookie, surely you have better common sense than that because youve got over 32 years over me... :D
