Drop a resume to Clean Harbors. I spoke with a regional safety guy of theirs recently. He said they were strapped for drivers at the location just north of Estevan called Arcola. They just won a contract to haul crude out the the rail line tankers and need five more truck by the end of this month 01/13.

There are always jobs open for hydro vac guys and there's a reason for that. If you do start wait till winter is over. Water mixed with dirt and -30 will just ruin most days.

Had a friend that went lease op with clean harbors. My advise is really look at the contract. There's part of it that really surprised me when I was told about it.

I'm not saying don't do it, just understand it from top to bottom. It's a good company to work for if you have the right bosses.

To true. Read it first. They will want 15% - 20% and a non competition clause when u quit. As plus it BOOMING there and Clean Harbors runs a camp

    seems busy everywhere right now.

I was working up by Conklin and the job turned into an over nighter, couldn't find a room from Ft. Mac to fort sask.

lucky we got into a camp for the night. But just barely.

That was before they closed the road, be impossible after for sure.

Just did a re-cert for firstaid\CPR in Saskatoon last weekend. A fella there was heading up to Conklin to drive a fluid truck for his bother in-law who was desperate. Apparently he had five trucks just sitting for lack of drivers. Pricey door stops.
There is a number of outfits each starting drilling programs for the lighter Viking oil just east of Kindersley. The talk is of hundereds of holes. T
They are just starting what will be the third hotel built in the last 12 months on the east edge of Kindersley. I don't believe the other two are even open yet. The fellas that drop a few million to construct one of these must have some serious expectation of a fifteen year cycle at minimum.

Kindersley attracts a lot of Goose hunters too, they need a place to stay. :)
