I don't know what your company is like but with my company you will get fired for not reporting a ticket and driving with a suspended license if they found out.Don't think it would look too good on your dac either if your company uses dac services.
wolfie6248 Thanks this. -
Like someone said, take time off and get it straight. Just be glad it wasn't 1500 miles away from home working for a mega company and they found out. Then you would of been SOL.

yeah I could kick myself for not paying the fine. I had a court date and was waiting for them to send me a paper saying how long I had to pay. I didn't have the money or would of paid it earlier. Never got a paper, not all states work the same way with tickets. Thanks for all the advice. I will tell the truth.

don't drive till you get it sorted out if you get pulled into a scale and they run your license or get pulled over for whatever reason or worse yet get in a accident you will be in much more hot water. weather you tell him the truth or take a personal day or a half truth and just say you need a day to get something sorted out at the dmv or whatever you do but don't drive till you get it corrected.
before i started driving a truck i went threw the same deal I got a ticket paid it late thought everything was good to go never got the notice that my license was suspended thought everything was good to go. got pulled over and arrested for driving without a license my car got impounded. it was a ugly mess, and i did not even know that my license was suspended. I was able to get it sorted out after the fact because i was able to prove i never got the notice my license was suspended and got it reduced to driving without a license in my possession. but knowingly driving a cmv with a suspended license would likely end your career. but taking a personal day to get this cleared up wont likely hurt you at all.HighFive and wolfie6248 Thank this. -
Learn the regulations. It's part of your job!
Fines run $2500-$25,000 and 1 year suspension for operating a CMV while suspended.

It amazes me that people will actually ask a question like this.
The license that you use to DRIVE A CMV WITH is suspended and you ask if you should notify your employer... (And therefore ***NOT DRIVE THEIR CMVS*** unless you work for some bottom feeder that does not care.)
Good grief. -

Let us know how it went after you told them
