    Get rid of the trk.
Anything flooded will be an issue with wiring down the road. How far up did the water get?
Did you drain the motor oil tranny and rears...?

I bought my truck from Hudson county motor. Lot of my friend's truck flooded too.

Which insurance company are you dealing with? sounds pretty good.

I think I would have taken the settlement and run...$12-15000 is a good chunk of down payment on something else. did they pay you for lost time wages as well? what you would have made AFTER fuel? some companies will, some won't

I have insurance through OOIDA, yes I know I should have taken the settlement and run with it
    Live and learn.
Yes I got paid for my down time @ at rate of $200/day. It was enough to make payments on the truck and stuff.
