ACT american central transport

The load down to tulsa canceled so they are deadheading me down to lawton from kc to pick up a load that comes back to kc. I dont mind deadheading 431 miles.

 

had 3 load offers. n kansas city mo to decatur il.
topeka to stillwater ok
topeka to terrell tx
i picked the terrell load since i know i can drop it as soon as i get there.

 

Picked up in lawton del in the morning in kc ks.

 

No hrs left today. Picking up in the morning at the yard going to lawton for tomorrow nite.

 

While i am at the yard i decited to have them fix an air leak and a coolant leak. A heater control valve was bad and its under warrenty. Plus they did the annual insp.

 

Had 3 preplan offers. Lawton to dekalb il. Stillwater to topeka and mcpherson ks to dallas with xtra stop somewhere. I chose dekalb. Will end the week with 2512 miles.

 

Picking up in ottawa with 3 stops in ft worth, ft worth, and weatherford tx for wed morning.

 

Company drivers do get choices also. I have talked to company drivers that had choices.
