On a more serious note, are they kinky for molesting lot lizards or do they like to molest kinky lot lizards?

Just know that when you drive for KLLM, you're going to get screwed over 95% of the time. It's an accepted reality if you drive for them.

I too was hoping for more. Just because you don't like their practices doesn't mean you're getting screwed, it means you didn't pay attention during orientation. Every business has their own cost structure, KLLM has decided that this type of structure is best for themselves and their drivers. Well probably mostly for themselves, but I'm thinking (guessing) that they bill their customers accordingly, so they don't pay hub miles. They could go to actual miles, that might be fun. Keep in mind you still wouldn't be paid HUB.

I agree. There's only a hand full of companies that pay hub.

Sounds like this guy was going in thinking he would be paid for all miles driven plus any accessory pay which he did not read the fine print.

Yep, welcome to trucking. Just another way a company keeps costs low, by taking an average of 10% mileage difference in pay. And most people just willingly know this and go along with it. Not much we can do, but I feel it is not fair. If you get paid .40cpm, in reality you are only getting .36cpm
