Go to insite.cummins.com under downloads. You can get 7.6 there. It will be in .iso form, so you'll need a tool like WinZip or Winrar to unpack it.

For future help, get an image back up program like Acronis and set it up for automatic disk back ups. I had a hard drive failure years ago and what a nightmare. I lost a bunch of files that I didn't back up and couldn't be replaced, I had to load windows again, all the drivers, all the diagnostic software and re-license it. Never again, Acronis backs up to my network storage weekly, or you can use an external hard drive.
I lost a hard drive a second time a few months ago and all I did was put in a new drive, pop in the recovery disk, a few clicks and walk away. A few hours later, it was just like it was. I didn't lose a thing, no phone calls to re-license.

Insite will generate another PCID after reinstaling Windows so backup won't help much

That was my point, if your back up is a hard drive image, you will not have to re-install windows. It restores the operating system, files, programs, settings and everything else. It makes it exactly like it was at you last image (I have mine set for weekly), including all your personal settings. I highly recommend it to save the aggravation of all that re-install and licensing. It also works great if you just need a bigger drive, you can put your drives image on a bigger drive very easily. I have several diagnostic programs that are a hassle to get re-licensed and a lot of data that I no longer have to back up, if it's on the hard drive it's backed up weekly. My 1st crash, I took me days to get everything back up and running and many files were gone forever. The second time I had Acronis and it took about 5 mins to get it started and I went and did other things, came back a few hours later and it was done and ready to go.

http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/ I'm sure there's other options out there, but that's what I have.
